Why is the pricing for Deep Clean vs Maintenance different?
We pride ourselves in being as transparent as possible. Deep cleans are priced by the square footage for a few reasons; the first being the time it takes can be significantly longer than regular maintenance. The second is cost, more detailing requires more product and the cost must be covered in order to help us continue servicing you better!
Does the company provide its own equipment and supplies?
Of course! Our company comes with all the necessary supplies and equipment needed to provide you with the best service possible. We also are 100% open to using the products you keep in your home to better suit your needs, so don't hesitate to ask if that's what you prefer!
How can I pay for my services?
We accept several forms of payment to make it easier for you including the following:

(Mobile app payments made using cash-app, venmo, & square will be charged the transaction fees {0.5%-1.75% of total bill} taken by the platforms. ​
What happens when I need to cancel?
We ask for a ONE WEEK notice for cancellations to help us reschedule you into our new week, illness is an exception as we understand you may not realize until the night before/day of. Less than one weeks notice will incur a $50 added charge to your bill at the end of the rescheduled maintenance clean.
Who is the Team who created, operates, and services under JV Pristine Cleaning L.P.?
Let us formally introduce ourselves. Jada (Left) and Vyola (Right), very exciting to meet you! We created JV Pristine Cleaning L.P. April 2023 with the goal of escaping the corporate industry that feels like a constricted, draining, loop. We desire to grow as individuals and as a company all the while better helping to service our surrounding communities, families, and friends.

Yes! JV Pristine Cleaning L.P. is a New Hampshire state registered Limited Partnership. We are fully insured and bonded through NEXT INSURANCE carrying general liability insurance to better cover us and you!
