All New Clients are recommended to a first initial one time deep clean regarding newly starting services for their home so we can set our standards with a clean slate to better service you for your regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly cleans. Deep cleans are flat rate priced at $0.30 per square foot of the home. All further cleans are set priced unless a hourly rate is better suited.

Add-ons are additional services that may be included in your one time or regular maintenance cleanings. Requesting more than one add on services can result in a discounted price. (*Non-negotiable Add-Ons)

CARPET CLEANING

Carpet cleaning is available as a separate service on a flat rate per square footage and number of carpets.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for a ONE WEEK notice for ALL cancellations to help us reschedule you into our new week, illness is an exception as we understand you may not realize until the night before/day of. Less than one week's notice will incur a $50 added charge to your bill at the end of the rescheduled maintenance clean.
